Peter M. Williamson, Esq.
Partner
Mr. Williamson obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from
Rutgers University and his Juris Doctor from
Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles.
He has been a licensed attorney in California since
1981 in both state and federal court. Mr. Williamson is
admitted to practice in all courts of the State of
California, the United States District Court for the
Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California as
well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in which he has
successfully argued.
Mr. Williamson is currently a member of the State Bar
of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association,
Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, the National Police
Account Ability Project of the National Lawyer's Guild,
and the American Attorneys for Justice. He has served
as a Judge Pro Tem and Mediator in the Superior
Courts of Los Angeles and as an Adjunct Professor of
Law at the University of West Los Angeles, School of
Law.
Mr. Williamson’s trial practice emphasizes TASER
litigation, police misconduct, wrongful death, products
liability, professional negligence and the litigation of all
types of personal injury cases involving catastrophic
injuries. Mr. Williamson has also represented clients in
numerous criminal cases and has only lost one criminal
case in his career.
Mr. Williamson has over 29 years of trial experience
handling numerous types of cases. Over the course of
his long career, Mr. Williamson has obtained in excess
of 60 million dollars in verdicts and settlements for his
clients. A number of his cases have been featured in
the Los Angeles Times, the Ventura County Star, the
Los Angeles Daily Journal, California Lawyer
Magazine and Lawyers Weekly. He is also the author
of several magazine articles which have appeared in
the ADVOCATE, a trial lawyer's magazine. In
September, 2009, Mr. Williamson was interviewed by
Korean Television as an expert on TASER electronic
control devices
In 2009, Mr. Williamson was named a Super Lawyer in
California, a prestigious honor bestowed on only the top
10% of all lawyers in the state.
In his spare time, Mr. Williamson is an avid motorcyclist
who has ridden his bike on numerous long distance
rides to places such as British Columbia, Colorado,
Wyoming, Montana, and New Orleans.

Partner
Mr. Krauss obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the
University of California - Northridge and his Juris Doctor
from Kensington University School of Law. He has been
a licensed attorney in California since 1997 in both state
and federal court.
Mr. Krauss is a member of the State Bar of California,
Los Angeles County Bar Association and Consumer
Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Mr. Krauss is
also admitted to practice in the United States District
Court for the Eastern and Central Districts of California
and to the Bar of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Krauss concentrates his practice in the areas of
personal injury, premises liability, auto cases, police
misconduct and all criminal matters.
Mr. Krauss has successfully represented clients in a
variety of criminal and civil matters. Mr. Krauss has
obtained acquittals and/or dismissals of charges
involving sexual misconduct, DUI, resisting arrest and
numerous other charges. Mr. Krauss has also
represented clients in numerous civil cases involving
personal injury claims and has successfully argued
some of those cases before the California Court of
Appeals.
